How do I get a loan?

∙ Pay $1,495 for appraisal, loan setup fee, title search if ordering title through us. (refundable if loan not approved)

∙ We prepare loan docs for borrower's signature
∙ Borrower signs loan docs and we fund the purchase loan, transaction complete!
